Protection from Sun-
Usage of sunscreens is that the best choice before stepping out. Apply sunscreen that has UVA and UVB protection and comes in SPF 30 to SPF 70. Also use a hat, scarf, and sunglasses.
Go for Minimal Makeup-
Lesser the makeup, the best. Avoid going overboard with eye makeup during the summer.
Hydrate your Body-
Water prevents dehydration, causes you to feel fresh, and also helps to scrub out any quite toxins from the body. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day.
